CORPORATE CONSULTING SERVICE FEES

The following are our regular consulting fees, including hourly consultation rates, executive coaching, and workshop fees. The fees section is followed by integrative program rates. You will notice the proposals include discounts of our regular fees.

CONSULTING FEES
·   $500/hour.
Includes in-person, telephone, conference calls, report preparation and travel.

EXECUTIVE COACHING FEES

·  Comprehensive Individual Assessment
·   $1,000/Initial Assessment.
Two hour evaluation (conference call or face-to-face).

·  Individual Coaching
·   $500/Session.
Calls are for 50 minutes (conference call or face-to-face).

·  Group Coaching
·   $250/Session/Client.
Groups of 2 - 5 participants, shared calls are for 60 minutes (conference calls or face-to-face).

·   $220/Session/Client.
Groups of 6 -10 participants, shared calls are for 90 minutes (conference calls or face-to-face).

Private Coaching: brief email, brief telephone feedback is available for current clients at no extra charge.

INDIVIDUAL COACHING PACKAGES

·  COACHING I: 6 Sessions/year.
·   $3,000
Assessment at baseline and days 30, 60, 90, 180 and 360.

·  COACHING II: 13 Sessions/year.
·   $6,000
Assessment at baseline and days 30, 60, 90, 120, 150, 180, 210, 240, 270, 300, 330, 360 or assessment at baseline and days 7, 14, 21, 30, 45, 60, 75, 90, 120, 180, 270, 360.

·  COACHING III: 18 Sessions/year.
·   $9,000
Assessment at baseline and days 7, 14, 21, 30, 45, 60, 75, 90, 120, 150, 180, 210, 240, 270, 300, 330, 360.

PRESENTATION FEES
Individual fees for speakers & facilitators range from $2,000 to $10,000 depending on the nature of the event, travel, and time commitment. Discounts may be available if there is a series of presentations for one speaker or facilitator. Meals, Travel, and lodging are to be provided and billed separately.

·  PROGRAM I: Seminars and Group Coaching
·   $40,000
·   Includes an initial, 8-hour workshop at time 0 and a follow-up workshop the following year at time 12, for a total of 2 workshops.
·   Ongoing research measures to track progress.
·   Monthly calls at times 1, 2, 3 and 6 in groups of 5 to 10. For a group of 25, divided in 5 groups of 5 for a 90-minute group-coaching conference call (total of 5 calls at times 1, 2, 3 and 6); or two groups of 10-13 for a 3-hour group-coaching conference call (total of 2 calls at times 1, 2, 3 and 6).
·   Brief consultations via phone/email as needed at no charge.
·   Feedback and recommendations.

·  PROGRAM II: Seminar Series
·   $50,000
·   Includes an initial, 8-hour workshop at time 0, and then 5 additional follow-up workshops (6-hour interactive workshops at times 1, 2, 3 and 6) and an 8-hour workshop at time 12: total of 6 workshops).
·   Ongoing research measures to track progress.
·   Brief consultations via phone/email as needed at no extra charge.
·   Feedback and recommendations.

·  PROGRAM III: Seminars and Intensive Group Coaching
·   $70,000
·   Includes an initial, 8-hour workshop at time 0, and a follow-up workshop at time 12, for a total of 2 workshops.
·   Ongoing research measures to track progress.
·   Monthly calls at times 1 through 11 (total of 11), in groups of 5 to 10. For a group of 25, divided in 5 groups of 5 for a 90-minute group-coaching conference call (total of 5 calls at times 1 through 11); or two groups of 10-13 for a 3-hour group-coaching conference call (total of 2 calls at times 1 through 11).
·   Brief consultations via phone/email as needed at no extra charge.
